Questions before the first conversation

What can I enquire about?

Business websites, customer portals, internal applications, API integrations, IT consultancy and maintenance. Send a brief description of the problem and any existing systems involved.

Are projects sold as fixed packages?

No. Each project is individually scoped and priced. We provide a written proposal with deliverables, fees, payment milestones and responsibilities.

Are hosting and subscriptions included?

Only if the proposal expressly includes them. Domain names, hosting, API usage and third-party software licences may involve separate costs and terms.

How are integrations scoped?

We identify the systems to connect, data to exchange, access permissions and relevant third-party terms. Technical dependencies and any recurring service costs are assessed before implementation.

What happens after delivery?

The proposal sets out acceptance and handover. Maintenance, additional features and continuing support are included only where separately agreed.

How do cancellations and refunds work?

Contact us by email as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, charges for work completed and any refund entitlement follow the accepted project agreement and applicable law. Mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.
